The National Golf & Resort took the next step in its journey to become Sweden’s national golf arena through the launch of a new experience-driven driving range. Combining golf, technology, and social spaces, the facility creates a modern meeting place for both play and social interaction throughout the year, in line with international developments within the sport.
In early 2026, Willab participated in Spoga Horse in Cologne, the world’s leading international B2B trade fair for the equestrian industry. The objective was to strengthen global brand awareness and expand the company’s network of international retailers. The focus was on Willab’s proprietary brands Eclipse Biofarmab, Hansbo Sport, Borstiq Farm, and Willab. The event generated numerous new business contacts and strong interest from markets including the United States, Australia, and across Europe, while also providing valuable insights into current market trends and opportunities.
For the third consecutive year, Peab was awarded the PQi – Excellent Project Quality distinction. The award was presented to two projects in Norrbotten: the Uddebo wastewater treatment plant in Luleå and a new transmission pipeline between Luleå and Råneå, both carried out on behalf of Luleå Miljöresurs AB (Lumire). The PQi award recognises construction projects that achieve Best Practice-level performance and contribute to raising quality standards across the industry.
In 2025, the Mats Paulsson Foundations awarded SEK 19 million in grants to eight research projects within life science in Lund and Malmö. During the year, the Göran Grosskopf Award for Scientific Excellence was also established, a new annual award recognising outstanding research with significant societal impact. Together, these initiatives further strengthen the region’s position in medical research and innovation.
Annehem Fastigheter was recognised as the property company with Sweden’s most satisfied office tenants in the medium-sized company segment in this year’s Fastighetsbarometer Office survey conducted by CFI Group.
In the survey, which measures tenant satisfaction with premises, service, and property management, Annehem achieved a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score of 81, up from 79 in 2024 and 74 in 2023. The award reflects the company’s long-term commitment to close tenant relationships, high accessibility, and customer-focused property management.
During the year, Kranpunkten invested in 40 fully electric scissor lifts as part of its commitment to a more sustainable and electrified fleet. The new equipment includes both rough-terrain and oil-free models without hydraulic systems, helping to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact. The lifts were gradually introduced into operation throughout the year, further strengthening Kranpunkten’s offering of environmentally adapted solutions for customers in the construction and industrial sectors.
