Annehem Fastigheter awarded highest customer satisfaction rating

Annehem Fastigheter was recognised as the property company with Sweden’s most satisfied office tenants in the medium-sized company segment in this year’s Fastighetsbarometer Office survey conducted by CFI Group. In the survey, which measures tenant satisfaction with premises, service, and property management, Annehem achieved a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score of 81, up from 79 in 2024 and 74 in 2023. The award reflects the company’s long-term commitment to close tenant relationships, high accessibility, and customer-focused property management.

Peab receives the construction industry’s PQi quality award

For the third consecutive year, Peab was awarded the PQi – Excellent Project Quality distinction. The award was presented to two projects in Norrbotten: the Uddebo wastewater treatment plant in Luleå and a new transmission pipeline between Luleå and Råneå, both carried out on behalf of Luleå Miljöresurs AB (Lumire). The PQi award recognises construction projects that achieve Best Practice-level performance and contribute to raising quality standards across the industry.
